• Phone calls: if you call us, the call may be recorded, and we may log your phone number and the time and length of the call.

How we use it

• To pass your request to independent installer partner(s) who may quote your job.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, only if you gave consent on the form.
• To prevent spam and abuse and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

We may share your request with installer partner(s) who serve your area so they can quote the job. We use service providers (for example, web hosting and, in the future, call tracking) to run the site. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
• Tell us by phone or email reply that you no longer want to be contacted, and we'll stop and tell our installer partner(s) to stop.
• Ask us to delete your information by replying to any message from us.

Consent to be contacted

Submitting the quote form requires you to check a box agreeing to be contacted about your request by phone, text, or email by Lubbock Shower Doors and its installer partner(s). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg/data rates may apply.

Retention

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and keep basic records, then delete them.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
